If you are considering a visit to any of the great distilleries in Moray Speyside then I’m sure you would want to get the very most out of your trip. What better way to fully experience your visit than to sample a number of the great malts or perhaps enjoy a lunch there with a nice bottle of wine and not have to worry about the driving.
We’re working together with our friends from Moray Firth Tours to ensure you can truly enjoy the Uisge Beatha (water of life) by having one of their experienced drivers take you on a personalised tour around the distilleries of your choice.
Following your pick up from Carden, you would travel to the Glen Moray Distillery, Elgin where you can enjoy a relaxed tour around the distillery before breathing the angels share while taking a look inside one of their warehouse.
Discover the fine selection of whiskies or maybe take a brake in the coffee shop before following the Malt Whisky trail through Moray Speyside.
Next stop Glenfiddich Distillery Dufftown in the heart of the whisky country. Have a walk down towards the distillery taking in the beautiful surroundings, then step in the Maltburn to try some whisky and stop for a hearty lunch. A walk up to Balvenie Castle after lunch will soon get you ready for more.
From Dufftown you may head across to Keith the home of Strathisla one of the oldest and most picturesque distilleries in Moray Speyside or travel up through the glens to The Glenlivet Distillery.
Although this is one of their popular tours, Moray Firth Tours are very happy to tailor a tour especially to suit the interests of you or your family.
In addition to the great Whisky Tours, Moray Firth Tours can also host you on a number of other great tours, including; Coastal Sightseeing, Heritage and golf.
